About US:

South Bay Music Connection (SBMC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and showcasing performance-ready youth, teen, and young adult musicians through live performances and community events throughout the South Bay. Rooted in the region’s long-standing live music culture, SBMC creates meaningful, real-world performance opportunities that benefit both emerging musicians and the communities they serve.

SBMC works in partnership with cities, local organizations, businesses, and community groups to bring high-quality live music to public and family-friendly spaces. In addition to placing musicians at existing events, SBMC also creates and produces original live music events designed to showcase young musicians in professional, well-organized settings.

Through ongoing showcases, signature performances, and collaborations with community partners, SBMC helps ensure that live music remains a vital and accessible part of life in the South Bay while demonstrating the value of young artists and their work.
